It would have been eleven as Prop Protégée Ben Woodmamsey was also in the selection frame until his call-up to Cornish Pirates on Saturday. His 20-minute appearance in the Championship game against Cambridge made Ben ineligible for the Tamar Cup.

A return ticket from St Austell to Redruth is £11:50, cheaper if you have any form of travel card, and with two trains every hour and a journey time of less than 30 minutes it is a great way to head West.

It is a ten-minute walk from Redruth Station to the Recreation Ground (TR15 1SY).

ADVANCE TICKETS AVAILABLE

Ticket prices on the day will be £8 adult, £12 grandstand, U16 free.
However, tickets can be purchased in advance to take advantage of reduced prices to £7 and £11.
