This guide has been written to help parents through the process of age grade affiliation to the club. The guide is in a basic format but contains links to in detail information if required.

Affiliation replaced the player registration process for all playing members of clubs aged 17 and below. Players are automatically De-Affiliated every August and so must Re-Affiliate every year prior to the season.

All affiliations are handled via the RFU's Game Management System (Referred to as GMS in the guide). GMS is the database which is used by the RFU to track all rugby activity in England.

This guide will take you through the process of creating an account if you do not already have one, adding any children or family members to your account, affiliating you and your family members to the club, and renewing your affiliation when required.
