Our first away game in the Evostik South Division 1 Central.

This team, based in Corby Northamptonshire were formed in 1948. They are nicknamed The Steelmen and play at Steel Park.

Corby were Premier Division Champions in 2008-9 and 2014-15. They previously won back to back league titles in the United Counties League 1950-51 and 1951-52 before joining the Midlands League.

Corby started the season with a hard-fought draw away to Cambridge City leaving it late to score the equaliser in the 87th minute.

Sutton, still smarting after the 1-4 defeat at home against Thame United will have much to do against tough opposition this evening.

At our last two meetings with Corby Town we were beaten 1-5 away and we beat Corby 5-1 at home!
