Keith played for Thornbury from the early 1970s to the mid 1980s with a final appearance during the 1990/91 season. He was a tough forward who played with great determination, a similar quality to that he used to fight his recent ill-health.

In recent seasons he rarely missed a home game and could regularly be heard advising players from both sides when they had incurred his displeasure; observations delivered with great wit and appreciation.

Keith passed away early on July 6th.
