Buoyant Thrapston Town head to Spratleys Meadow following the UCL Cup victory over Northampton Sileby Rangers to tackle Spartan South Midlands Division One, Kensington Borough.
Two things are true. It’s a long story on why Kensington Borough now play at Amersham FC and secondly, it’s going to be a tough cup match as both sides have similar recent history on the pitch including both clubs winning penalty shoot outs in their respective cups during midweek.
Thrapston need to be on the look out for goal a game Jawad Ziani and Omar El-Bakkali who has a goal in every other game record. Borough’s defence is tight but Thrapston have the strike force to penetrate.
Unfortunately Thrapston will be missing the outstanding Lloyd Buckby through suspension.
The winners will host either Bedford or CB Hounslow United.
