TJs Academy U16s is the first year of the TJs Academy structure. They play in Kent League Division 1 and the best players can be selected for the TJs Academy Colts A National Cup squad subject to completion of the appropriate paperwork and permissions.

TJs Academy U16s have fixtures almost every Sunday of the season and train with the rest of TJs Academy on Wednesday evenings at our 3G training ground. TJs Academy U16s play in Kent League Division 1 and with friendly games played on almost every non-league weekend there is plenty of rugby for all standards of players. Top U16 players can compete for places in the TJs Academy Colts A squad and each of our three National Cup winning teams have involved U16 players playing in the final. Unlike most clubs, TJs Academy U16s are a full part of the nationally renowned TJs Academy and are fully coached by the TJs Academy coaching staff at both midweek training sessions and Sunday fixtures.
