Coming into the game from the victory at Bradshaw, Tonge look to add to their points tally with a victory at Farnworth.
Looking back on last year, both teams have had a number of changes, Farnworth lost opening bowlers, Adam Street and Jason Raynor, but gained Walcot, Ul-Haq and Mo Adnan. This makes Farnworth a strong team lined up with ex-Tonge Professional Adil Nisar.
Having mustered only 168 runs over the two games last year, Tonge look to face Farnworth with a whole lot more confidence and expierence compared to last year.
Syd De Silva will be looking to add to his 5 wickets last week with a further few vital ones this week, and after getting good starts with the bat both Travis Scholes and Nigel PArtington will be aiming to turn those 30s and 40s into 50s and beyond.
Tonge have had success at Bridgeman Park with them clinching the Hamer Cup there few years previous with a victory over Greenmount.
Up the TONGE!
