FLASH UPDATE - After last year's disappointing result we are again entering a team into the social side of this year's 'Essex charity 7s' tournament to be held again at Romford & Gidea Park RFC on 20/06/2015, with rugby starting from 11.00am.

This year we have volunteer players from 3 local Chelmsford clubs combining with the usual suspects from our own ranks so this promises to be a squad to rival our strongest to date (class of 2013)!

Please feel free to come and support either TRFC or just the event itself which this year is again fundraising for help for heroes, we hope to see you there to share in what should be another excellent day of rugby.
