Seniors Training

Training is held at the Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm prompt start.
Matches are played on Saturdays

Ladies' Training

Ladies' training will be at the Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00pm prompt start
Matches are played on Sunday afternoons

Girl's Training

Under 18 Girl's training is at the Club on Monday at 7.00-8.45pm.

Under 15 Girl's training is at the Club on Monday at 6.30-8.00pm.

Under 13 Girl's training is at the Club on Monday at 6.30-8.00pm.

All girls’ matches are played Sunday Afternoon

Colts (under 18) Training

Training will at the Club on Thursdays at 7.00pm and Sunday at 10.00am if no game
Matches are played Sunday afternoons

Under 14 Training
Wednesday at the Club 7.00pm and Sunday at the Club 10.00am.
Matches are played Sunday morning

Under 15 Training
Thursdays at the Club 7.00pm and Sunday at the Club 10.00am
Matches are played Sunday morning

Under 16 Training
Tuesdays at the Club 7.00pm and Sunday at the Club 10.00am
Matches are played Sunday morning

Mini/Junior Rugby
Sundays 10.00am
