Ex Trojan Luke Frost made his championship debut for London Scottish in a hard fought derby against neighbours Richmond last Saturday. Luke spent his Sundays at the Club from under 7s right the way through to under 16s always leading the way with his fearless brand of rugby. If a tackle was made the odds were it was Luke and he never took a backward step or missed a training session.
Luke went to school at Toynbee and represented the County at all junior levels. He was part of the London Irish set up and then did his degree at Loughborough University where he played at National 1 regularly. He has moved to be a professional at London Scottish where, even though he plays in their strip, he has red and blue hoops running through him as he leaps for every line out ball.
To all Youth Players. It could be you one day!!
