Welcome to the Mini’s section of the Tupton RUFC Website. The mini section of our club was formed towards the end of the 2008-2009 season and after a short period has grown to the point where we now have three separate age group teams. The club caters for both boys and girls from the ages of 6 to 11.

We encourage young people to learn to play rugby to a high standard, to pay high regard to sportsman like behavior both on and off the field but above all else to enjoy themselves.

Our coaching is provided by experienced and RFU qualified members, including CRB check, to develop, dependant on age, the following skills:

Running Team work Co-operation
Passing Ball handling Support play
Sportsmanship Team spirit Fair play

Training sessions take place on Sunday mornings at 10.30am at Tupton Hall School, and we welcome all players, both old and new, to join us and have fun and make new friends through rugby.
