VCD Athletic First Team manager Grant Basey has tonight offered his resignation to the club following our 2-0 defeat to Whitehawk at Oakwood earlier this afternoon. This has been accepted by the club and Grant Basey has left with immediate effect.

He leaves the club in 14th position with ten games to go.

We thank Grant for all his efforts whilst in the role.

The search for a new manager begins.
