Last season we finished second in the league and we won the Cornwall Cup. We have built a plan on how to progress the club over the next few seasons in particular. Part of this plan is around our coaching and player development structure. At the recent AGM we were pleased to announce that we will have some new coaches to work alongside our existing coach Lee Caddy.

Joe Parma has joined us from Camborne to be a player/coach. We all know what a great player Joe has been for Camborne. We are really excited to have him at our club and for him to be able share his knowledge and experience with our backs.

Our second addition to the coaching team is Sam Matavesi who has agreed to provide forward coaching next season. He brings with him a wealth of club and international experience which will be fantastic for the team and it is exciting to get a player like him involved.

We would also like to thank the man simply known by two initials 'AK'! He provided support and coaching to the team last year and it was appreciated. He put in his time and effort to help us be successful which isn't easy, especially when you have a beard to groom. He has been recovering from a knee injury and so this season he will be on the other side of the white line. We hope to see him on a rugby pitch near you soon!
