Please do follow the instructions carefully. VPFC is entirely run by volunteers and the time they contribute. While we can very quickly admit new members and add them to the right group when applications are submitted following the instructions below, any incorrect or incomplete applications - for example, where parents register as players or don't specify child's year - requires effort to remedy and correct. These applications will be delayed until time allows.

Step 1: Click 'Join' to the top right corner of this page.

Step 2: Enter YOUR details, as Parent or Guardian (NOT your child's details yet)

Step 3: Accept the Pitchero Terms, give VPFC consent to hold your data, and confirm you are not a robot. (You can also optionally share data with Pitchero partners).

Step 4: Click to request the Club Member and Parent roles

Step 5: Now add your children. Complete your child's first name and surname then click on the drop down that appears saying 'click here if your child is not on the list' - you should click the drop down for all new children even if their name appears (that just means that we already have a child with the same name).

Step 6: Add your child's school year. If there is a 'Waiting List' option associated to that year it means the year group is currently full. Please request to be added to the waiting list.

Step 7: Add further children or click 'Next Step'

Step 8: Your Account is Created! Click 'My Account' to enter your home page for the first time. You will receive messages on this page to confirm when your application has been accepted.
