I just wanted to take 2 minutes of your time as we approach the end of the season to make you all aware that I will be stepping down from my post as Club Captain at the end of this season, making this Saturdays match vs New Ash Green my last one in charge of the 1st XV.

I just wanted to get a quick message out to express my gratitude for all of your support, from the 1st XV through to the mini’s, you’ve all been amazing and I know you will continue to be. We are an amazing rugby club, full of wonderful and dedicated people who work so hard, we are going from strength to strength on and off the pitch and I know this will continue.

The next Club Captain will be voted in, according to our clubs constitution, at the AGM on Friday 20th May. If you would like to vote the only way to do that is by being there on the day so I hope to see you all there. No previous voting will be taken into consideration.

As I previously mentioned, this coming weekend are the last league fixtures of the season and the 1sts and 3rds both travel to New Ash Green for what will be two huge games. We would love to get as much support there as possible to cheer both teams onto big wins!
