The key elements of the Under 7s Rules of Play are:

• Maximum of 4-a-side
• Maximum pitch size: 20 metres x 12 metres
• Ball Size: 3
• Maximum minutes each half: 10
• Scoring: Players not permitted to go to ground to score tries
• Play can continue from a knock-on
• No tackling
• No kicking, scrums or lineouts

We welcome new players of all ability or experience and offer 4 free sessions so parents and prospective players can get a feel for their team and our club.

Our committed coaching staff take care to ensure that all players are involved in the sessions irrespective of ability and experience.

All sessions, festivals and matches are run in accordance with England Rugby distancing guidelines.
