Started in 2014 by Wakefield Council, we formed the current club in 2016.

We now have 126 members with an average age of 62, and an average of 32 attend each session.

Social sessions take place on 3G pitches indoors at Wakefield Football Centre, Denby Dale Road, Wakefield WF2 7AZ at 10:00 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour.

There is a £10 annual membership fee to join WWFC.

The cost per Social session is £2.00. Competitive sessions take place on Tuesday & Thursday at 19:00, by invite, cost is £5 per session.

We enter competitions under the name Wakefield Wanderers.
