It has been confirmed that the Open Age squad of Wallsend Eagles will begin their preparations for the North East 2017 Season in March.

The first session will be on Wednesday 1st March 2017 at The Parks Leisure Centre in North Shields. This will be under the floodlights on the 3G surface and will start at 7:00pm.

A further four session have been booked in for every Wednesday in March, at the same time and place, as the Eagles look to build a solid platform for the summer. Training will then switch back to the Benfield Centre for Sporting Excellence as the lighter nights draw near.

The Eagles will be looking to put their deflating Grand Final defeat behind them and start the 2017 season with a bang.
