The AGM will be held at Tat Bank Road at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Members can attend in person, ask questions, and vote on club matters.
It is open to all full members of Warley RFC. Full Members are classified as those with no outstanding payments from September 1st until the time of the meeting. Those with partial or outstanding payments for this term are not eligible to vote.
Items on the Agenda include voting in the new Committee, Membership Fees and incorporating the Financial General Meeting.

All nominees and proposers must be full members* of Warley RFC for the 2023/24 season.
A nomination form can be downloaded from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rAkP4oTttU3D8Va8NNfzzYcPOI0ReSPX/view?usp=sharing or requested from behind the clubhouse bar. Forms must be received 7 days before the AGM.
All nominations for roles should be sent to the Secretary by email, secretary@warleyrfc.co.uk, or by leaving the completed form with the bar staff at the clubhouse.
Items for consideration and Any Other Business for the AGM should be sent to the Secretary by email at secretary@warleyrfc.co.uk 7 days before the AGM date for addition to the Agenda.
*This does not apply to the associate member position but must still be proposed and seconded by full members.
