From August 2023 the way you pay your membership with Waterpark RFC is changing
Gone are the paper forms and in its place a fully online membership system.
You have 2 choices now
1. You are already on our Pitchero system
2. You are new to Waterpark RFC and not on our system
Please follow the appropriate instructions below
Option 1 (You are already on our Pitchero system)
Please log in and check all the information for you (and if you are a parent, your player(s) information is/are correct – please ensure the medical bit is up to date but ensure everything is filled in.
We are working through last years records to ensure everyone gets setup on pitchero and receives a confirmation email – but it is not perfect and there might be errors.
Once everything is setup then please proceed to the shop to make payment for your membership. Please go to the website click on shop and select the membership product that applies to you. You can then select the options that you require and process the payment. Your payments will appear in the payment history section. If you are unsure as to what products you require please message Paul Dempsey via Pitchero and I’ll assist.
Option 2 (You are new to Waterpark RFC and not on our system)
Once everything is setup then please proceed to the shop to make payment for your membership. Please go to the website click on shop and select the membership product that applies to you.
