Wanderers collected the Division 1 East trophy and completed their season with a perfect away record and an incredible 39 points from 42 possible. The team can now look forward to life in the Vets Premier division next season.

Victory was sealed under 5 minutes from time with a winner from Sam Grace, following a James Quainton equaliser for Old Boys minutes before. The first half had been a fairly even affair, with chances at both ends. Darren Outten opened the scoring for Wanderers, before they were pegged back by a goal from Sam Gordon. Dean Allen then restored Wanderers' advantage shortly before half-time.

Old Boys are assured of a 4th or 5th-placed finish, depending on results on the final match day.
