After our meeting on Sunday 7th October held at the club. It was decided that our Presentation Night will be held on Friday 21st June 2013...
We shall be looking at A 3-Course Meal (Starters, Roast Main Meal & Dessert), with Caterers & Waitresses...
Limited to 8 Round Tables of 9 people = 72 people... 15 of which would be VIP & Special Invited Guests, So 57 spaces will be available. There will be a dress code of Shirt & Tie for male guests and smart dress for the ladies...
We are looking to charge £25 Per Person... A Non-Refundable Deposit of £10 per person to book your space. Remember only 57 available (Sold On First Come, First Served Basis)...
We shall be doing some internal fund raising and whatever is raised, will be given back to players, to have beer checks...
Then on Saturday 6th July, we shall be having a band for players/members to have a blow out. Free Entry to the players/members who came to The Presentation Evening... Tickets will then be Sold to others who did`nt attend The Presentation Evening...
