West Hull ARLFC have been chosen for “Club of the Week” at Hull FC’s game with Wigan Warriors – This is a great opportunity to showcase our great club and show the City what a big amateur club we are.

I would like this to be a team night out and I would like us all to attend if available please. Tickets can also be added for parents or siblings at £15 adults and £5 juniors.

Please can you let Lynda know at training on Friday or next Tuesday if you are available or if you would like any further tickets – Season Pass holders let Lynda know and they may do a swap so we can all sit together

As part of the package your club will feature as our Fanbassadors Club of the Week and receive the following, exclusively as part of our partnership:

- 'Club of the Week' status
- Focus on YOUR club as our Club of the Week at that game, including a lap of honour
- Match Day Programme page including details of club staff, age groups, training nights etc. on YOUR big night at the KC Stadium

You will also receive the chance for your players to enjoy our Magic Moments in the build up to kick off, including:

- Player Escorts - Player mascot walk on with every player of both home and away teams (6-10years)
- Badge Bearers - Carry the large flags of both team badges on to the field and display (11-15years)
- Shake the Shirt - Carry the brand new and exclusive stadium Hull FC shirt on to the field and display (11-15years)
- Flag Bearers - Wave the new stadium flags around all four sides of the KC Stadium pitch as the teams come out

5:45 arrival - meet Tom Waghorn in the North West corner
6:00 Go through a full rehearsal of duties
6:30 Go to a suite or West Park depending on the weather to sort all tickets
7:05 Enter the Stadium through the turnstiles
7:40 Get into position to take part in Magic Moments
7:45 Enter the field to go through the jobs
8:00 Return to seats to enjoy the game
