South Shields Westoe host North East One side, Consett in the semi-final of the County Cup at Harton Comp this Saturday. After last week's close loss in the National Cup they will looking for a similar performance, which should be enough to take the win.

Consett should prove to be difficult opponents and are currently on a good run of form; however if Westoe can repeat last week's intensity they should progress to the final.

The side sees a number of changes from last Saturday; however still field a very strong side. Jamie Hughes and Louis Kellett join Ryan Lamb in the front row and Sean Ramsay starts at flank.

Sam Seymour switches with Chris Judson and Louis Hagan starts alongside Derek Worthington at centre. Adam Robinson earns a starting spot on the wing and James Long joins the experienced bench.
