Code of Conduct
At WWJFC we all want to enjoy the game of football. Please ensure you read, respect and abide by our code of conduct.

Playing Permission
You give permission for your child to participate in football and training activities at different venues with WWJFC and authorise any member of WWJFC to act on your behalf in the event of an accident or emergency.

You understand that leaving your child unattended at any venue is entirely at your risk and WWJFC and any member acting on its behalf will not be held responsible for your child.

Kit
Any kit supplied to you or your child should remain in good condition and be returned to the club when requested. Should this be lost or unsuitable to be used by another member of WWJFC (other than through normal wear and tear), then you may be charged a sum towards the cost of a replacement kit. The kit supplied by WWJFC will only be worn for matches, tournaments and friendlies associated with WWJFC and will not be worn for general use or training.

Refunds

All refunds are at the club’s discretion.

The club will not ordinarily refund the subs for any player that decides to leave the club during the season. Refunds will be considered for players moving to an academy or moving from the area.

Any refunds would be subject to the return of all playing kit owned by the club.

Unpaid Fees
If there are unpaid fees, subs or other sums owing to the club at the end of the season then the player will not be permitted to sign for a further season until the matter is resolved.

Such matters may be reported to relevant football leagues and associations who could impose restrictions on registering with other clubs.

VEO Camera, Photographs, Recorded Images and Social Media
The club has invested in a VEO camera as a training tool for coaches and to give players (and parents) the chance to watch themselves in game situations. Match footage may be shared with other teams and viewed by coaching teams and the committee where appropriate. We may use videos/photographs, not limited to those garnered from the VEO Camera, of members training and playing football on our social media channels, our website and in promotional material. All videos/photos we use are selected with child safety recommendations in mind. If you do not want any images of your child used please contact the club secretary.
