Whyteleafe FC is proud to announce that we have added a development team to our growing Women's program. The development team's objectives will be to support the first team and create a bridge for U18 players looking to advance within the senior game. It is a great step for the club that has been using May to test how best to integrate the team to generate more competition for the first team.

Added to this success, the Caterham Pumas relationship has seen their U18 girl's team benefit from having an achievable step towards senior first-team football. Friendly games between Whyteleafe women's development team and Caterham Pumas U18 team have been competitive and close.

The first team will continue to compete in the London & South East Regional (tier 5) with the development team competing in the new Surrey FA Women's League (tier 7). Caterham Pumas U18s will compete in the Premier Division of the Surrey County Women's and Girls League.

We will now look to recruit and strengthen all three teams as we continue to provide a realistic pathway for young players looking to play competitive football.
