Ladies rugby is fun for ladies of all ages and abilities. Come and join one of the fastest growing sports in the country!

Training is Wednesdays at 7pm. Even if you are a beginner like most of us, there is something for everyone.
We started our team in May 2015 with a focus on fun and fitness and nothing has changed! We leave plenty of time for social events too...

We play league rugby in the Allianz Inner Warrior League but we also schedule friendlies so there's plenty of game time for everyone.
