After a number of years of service to the club, our chairman Anthony Palmer has decided to step down as chairman due to work and personal commitments with immediate effect.

To that end, there will only be one item of business at the EGM:

Nominations for the position may be submitted to the Secretary in writing before the Extraordinary General meeting or accepted from the floor of the meeting.

In the event of two or more nominations for an office being received a vote by poll shall be taken but otherwise election shall be show of hands.

Voting shall be by paid-up members present, with each members having one vote.

A member is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote at the general meeting

This is an important moment for the club, so it would be good to see as many members attending as possible.
