Attacking midfielder / striker who signed from Conference North side AFC Fylde in September 2015. Richie attained genuine ‘legend’ status with The Coasters and up until his departure no player had contributed more goals to their cause. Richie soon became a firm favourite amongst Salford’s supporters and weighed in with seventeen goals during the 2015-2016 season, including a cracker in front of the BBC’s cameras as the Ammies beat Notts County in the FA Cup first round. A big favourite with the Moor Lane faithful due to his buccaneering style and ability to conjure spectacular goals, Richie accepted an offer to turn full-time during the summer of 2017.
