So we now have membership cards for all the current paid up members. They will be ready to collect from the bar from Friday 8th December. All previous numbers no longer will work.
The membership cards are valid until the 30th September 2024 and then will expire. Then once you pay your subs it will be reactivated.

From now on the rule set by the committee is NO CARD NO DISCOUNT. We can no longer manually search for your number you must have your card. This is to also ensure that only paid members are getting the benefit of the discount.

Another feature which is now available is you can load money on to your card, allowing you to use it to pay instead of carrying your credit/debit cards or cash. To do this just bring your card to the bar and let them know how much you want to add and we can sort.

We are looking at an app version of your card so you can have it on your phone but for now it’s just the card.

As addition you can now use your card on the food menu and it will give you discount on the main menu (not breakfast items)

The staff have been briefed of the new rule and they are unable to overrule the tills so please do not cause an issue if you don’t have your card.

If you don’t have a card then this is likely as you haven’t paid your membership. So please speak to John Dodgeson. Also please encourage friends and family to sign up for social membership. It really is a steal at £25 for the prices members get on the bar and now the kitchen.

So from this weekend please remember NO CARD NO DISCOUNT.
