This is the time and venue for you our members, players, managers, parents, grandparents, other relations of our members, volunteers, etc, to come along and learn directly about the exciting development plans we have for the club.

This will be presented to you by the team of development consultants we have appointed of Continuum Sport & Leisure in association with Surfacing Standards Limited. This team has been tasked with creating the development plans for Sean Devereux Park which will include;
• Floodlit main pitch,
• Clubhouse,
• Improved drainage enabling more youth pitches and improved main pitch,
• Facilities for other sports,
• Improved car parking etc.

They anticipate submitting these plans, together with the required associated reports, to Hart planning for full planning permission in December and, dependent upon the speed of Hart planners, receiving this March next year. They are also creating for us the necessary grant application for submission to the Football Foundation which in turn we shall seek to use when approaching other grant bodies.

After several years of talking about and shaping a vision of what the club can achieve the plans we put in place in the coming months will make that vision a reality. It is important that all members of Yateley United FC know what we are planning and just when we anticipate starting to cut turf at Sean Devereux Park.
