A youthful Boro Touch side was boosted by returning players as they started their ERDS journey on some boggy grass in St Ives.

Wins over the Panthers and Scarlets were enough to ensure a decent position in the final table.

Of the four defeats, none was by more than two scores and that includes established sides like Nomads and Wymondham.
