    How to use quick fire touches with the inside and outside of your feet:

    This practice is all about quick feet and mastering the ball with the inside and outside of both feet. Try to build up a rhythm ensuring the toes are always pointed down. Work in a zig zag pattern up the pitch alternating between left and right foot.

    Don’t try to force the ball. Play with soft hands so the ball drops just in front of your feet.
