    How to improve the speed of your touches with the ball at your feet:

    Ball Mastery exercise focusing on quick touches.

    Roll the ball into the inside of the opposite foot. Perform a quick inside and outside moving the ball away and then roll across again. Repeat this motion and pattern up the pitch with quick touches ensuring a stable rhythm. Increase speed as you become more comfortable.
