    How to do three-cone passing:

    This football exercise is designed to improve your Passing and First Touch and it is a great test of focus and precision.

    Place 3 cones two yards apart 5 yards away from the wall. The practice works on passing around the cones moving from side to side working both feet and your first touch. Spend 3 minutes doing the practice and do it as often as possible.

    Move the cones closer or further away from the wall to decrease or increase difficulty and aim not to hit the cones.
