Passing around mannequin with a fake

How to use a fake to pass around a mannequin:

Place the mannequin or cone around 2 metres from the wall. Pass with the inside of your foot and receive with the inside of the opposite foot touching it around the mannequin.

Before you receive make a big fake using your arms. Pass again with the opposing foot and repeat. Increase or decrease the distance between the mannequin and wall for difficulty.
