How to complete the shooting box drill:

This soccer skills challenge is all about shooting. For most this is the favourite part of any football training so we have created a soccer challenge that is great fun but with great outcomes to improve your game.

There are 5 stages centred around a 5×5 yard box that is 10-15 yards away from the goal positioned to the right and left to create an angle for the shot.
