How to position your body at the breakdown:

First player on attack needs to get over the ball quickly with the second player doing everything he can to protect the head of the ball carrier whilst making sure their head is up.

The first player in defence needs to come in and do everything he can do remove the person who is protecting the ball carrier. The second man in defence needs to make the decision if he can help with getting the ball.

It is important to get the team to look back on the drill and contribute to feedback.
