Firstly, your feet should be around shoulder width apart, so you can move forward or back very easily.
Secondly, your head and eyes have to be level. It’s very tough to focus on the ball if your eyes aren’t level.
Lastly you have to stay side on. This allows you to pick the bat up on first or second slip. So the bat can come down on a simple, straight path when playing your shots."
