"A run out can change a game. Fact. The best fielders in the world spend hours perfecting hitting the stumps.
Set two cones up about twenty yards away from some stumps. Then challenge the fielder to start at the cone and attack the ball, pick the ball up cleanly and hit the stumps. Why not put the fielder under pressure by seeing how many times they can hit the stumps out of ten completed throws.
Try to ensure you have a solid base and you are balanced when you release the ball. This will help with power and accuracy."
