    Wicketkeeping diving drills

    icrick

How to improve your diving as a wicketkeeper:

"This drill is to help you practice the technique of diving. Get somebody to stand five yards away and underarm the ball with good pace just far enough away from your body so you have to dive and catch it with either one or two hands.

The better you get at this the more speed and width the feeder can test you with. Try to get your head and hands on the same path as the ball. This will help you watch the ball right into the palms of your gloves."
