How to improve your wicketkeeping stood back:

"Standing back to a seam bowler can be very difficult at times. Especially when the ball seams and swings late. But with the right technique and mind set you can give yourself the best chance at catching the ball cleanly.

Start by standing in the power position. The power position is a stance where you can move forward, back or from side to side as quickly as possible. Notice from the clip that this wicket keeper is in an excellent position to move in any direction. When the ball goes past the bat try to get your head and hands on the same line as the ball. Letting the ball come to you without snatching at it.

The most important thing though, is that you keep your body relaxed and pat yourself to catch every ball."
