How to turn for a shot like Dennis Bergkamp:

As your playing partner passes, move towards the ball stepping in front of the defender. Jab the lower side of the ball with the outside of the foot around the defender. Remember to spin and peel away the opposite way to the ball. Explode and shoot to score.

The key here is to create spin on the ball so your first touch goes behind the defender. Work off both feet.
