1.1: As part of a new relationship with England Hockey, Pitchero will share some of your data in the legitimate interest of better administering the sport and/or developing new participation programmes to meet the needs of those playing hockey.
1.2: If you would prefer your data not to be shared with England Hockey, you can control this via the Privacy page in your Pitchero account.

2.1: Along with aggregated playing information, the following personal data will be shared; your name, date of birth, email, address and telephone number.

3.1: England Hockey will only contact you with information you would expect to receive as a member of an England Hockey affiliated Club and therefore, where England Hockey has a legitimate interest to do so, this would include matters such as notifications regarding regulating the game, health and safety and broader developments within the game at national and international level. This communication will not include any marketing unless you have provided your consent to do so.

4.1: Legitimate interest is a legal term which describes sharing of personal data without requiring explicit consent, on the basis that it is fair and reasonable for England Hockey to access a limited set of personal data as part of its role in governing the sport.
