The Junior Cricket Awards are a time to recognise players' individual and collective performances at League, Cup and Festival (and District and County) level in 2022.

The evening is divided into two parts...

Part 1 starts at 6.00pm and is dedicated to the Softballers and the U11s (girls and boys).

Part 2 starts at 7.30pm and features U13s, U15s and U17s (boys and girls).

Winners of the The Alan Peters Award for the Girls, the Peter Wiseman Award for the Boys and the Kate & David Ford Award for Outstanding Contribution will be announced; as will male and female winners of the Spirit of Cricket Award (earning equipment vouchers for the excellent sports shop Cook & Matthews).

You are welcome to attend all evening, or part 1 or 2 as appropriate for your player(s).

We have a raffle on the night which goes down a storm every year. If you can bring along a prize to donate (chocolates, sweets, wine, champagne, spirits etc...) we would be very grateful.

The raffle already features Formula 1 and Premiership prizes. David Lloyd Beckenham have kindly donated a 14-day Membership, and there's also a visit to the Amida Spa in David Lloyd for a treatment (I can certainly recommend)!

We will conclude the evening with the raffle draw from 8.45pm.

Finally, we would love to feature some images of the season during the Awards, projected onto the wall in the Long Room. (The great picture in this article was taken by John Eaton at the U11 Holmesdale Festival this summer.)
