3. Five Ways Old Edwardians Sports Club

The Sports Club consists of 2 sections, Rugby and Cricket, that are part of Five Ways Old Edwardians Sports Club Limited. To be a member of the Sports Club up to date contact details are required to be held by the company, as managed by the Exec, as well as payment of your annual subscriptions to the relevant section.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

• I agree to be bound by the rules of the Club and the section to which I am a member, including the articles of association, constitutions and codes of conduct applicable (available on the section websites or by request).
• I agree to pay Annual Subscriptions to the section of which I am a member. I agree that £1 of this contributes to my single share in Five Ways Old Edwardians Sports Club Limited, which entitles me to be a voting member of the Club (excluding Junior and Social members).
• I agree to the Club contacting me via any communication method about matters relevant to the Club and its activities, unless I have opted out.
• I agree to my personal data being held electronically. Data will only be used for Club matters and will not be used commercially or divulged to any third parties, unless required to do so by law.
• The Membership Year runs from 1 September to 31 August. A Voting Member is an eligible member who paid Annual Subscriptions in the preceding Membership Year.
