Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Abertillery BG RFC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and sent to you via e-mail or direct message on the website portal.

The table below is a basic estimate only and charges may vary depending on individual orders.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Selecting delivery

Ensure you tick and select the delivery option box. If your address is outside of the Blaenau Gwent County Borough. You will then be asked to proceed with a standard delivery charge for postage of your items.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if available. The tracking number will be active as soon as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Abertillery BG RFC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Abertillery BG RFC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, most packages will have basic postage protection.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We will ship outside of the U.K were possible. However, the customer is required to pay for all shipping costs associated.

A quote will be sent upon order with a shipping cost. If you are unhappy with this cost a full refund will be received for the cost of the purchase where reasonable.

Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at Abertillery BG RFC.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.
Subscriptions such as the weekly lottery can be cancelled at any time upon request. However, a refund will not be received for previous payments.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, [please email contact us via the website or social media pages. After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original and mail your return the following address provided by us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 10 days to process returns. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you when your return has been processed.
