Manager Ben Lovatt to depart after highly successful period in charge.

Adderbury Park are looking for a new first team manager for the upcoming 2024/25 season. The club are looking to continue the great work and success Ben has done, but also have one eye on the future with the new ground and facility under construction, so are open to a young side looking to develop and stay together for many years ahead coming in too, to compete in the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division.

Anyone interested in the role should contact the club either on its social media profiles or directly to the club email address: adderburyparkfc@outlook.com.

Ben Lovatt
We will be saying a fond farewell to Ben after two seasons in charge, as he wants to manage/coach at a higher level and with the new ground having been delayed we are unable to currently match those ambitions for the next season.

In his first season Ben guided the team to a treble winning the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division, the OSL Presidents Cup and the highly prestigious Byfield Bethal Charity Cup. With a well-coached and exciting brand of football AP romped to the title unbeaten over the whole league campaign.

His coaching has also enabled several members of that team to move on up the steps in football and compete at a higher standard. And this season the team have made it to two cup finals and are also still in the hunt for the league title, although they face an uphill battle due to the number of games in hand being played in such close proximity.

His record currently stands at:
• Played: 65
• Won: 54
• Drawn: 5
• Lost: 6 (two against Step 1 and Step 3 sides in the Senior Cup)
• Goals for: 195
• Goals against: 53 (with 24 clean sheets)

We hope to finish the season with more silverware, but again thank Ben for his work and success he brought to the club and wish him nothing but the best wherever his next move takes him.
