The team play at the Recreation Ground in Brynford, near Holywell, Flintshire. The Recreation Ground is a unique part of AFC Brynford as it is situated upon the Duke of Westminster's land and often on match days sheep can be seen roaming merrily.
An ethos of the footballing management and players is that a selection of local people are brought together in unity to play a sport loved by all. AFC Brynford seeks to make positive links with other local teams within the area and seek the support of local residents within Brynford and surrounding villages/towns.
