A quick turn around for this squad, following their hard fought SYC quarter final victory on Sunday, back out in GNA action on Monday!
The whole squad took to court, working through different combinations and implementing game plan tactics.
With each quarter the team assessed their performance and set targets. Avon had some wonderful turnovers and sharp shooting, forcing our girls to reassess and address.
The girls approached this game with great focus and determination following Sunday's match and heading into exams.
